Based on interests, competencies and strengths built from Garner's Multiple Intelligence theory, implemented by the ILO in the ILO's "Career" series for ages 14-19.

This is a kit used in organizing vocational education activities in junior high school to help students learn about themselves, about the career world, and develop career options. and prepare for a career. It is also a tool to collect the opinions of parents and guide their parents to participate in the counseling process to help their children choose careers and appropriate pathways after secondary school.

The document is compiled in the spirit of innovating teaching methods that promote students 'activeness, in order to enhance students' autonomy and creativity and involve the family in the career path.
