Losing data connection while downloading a video may result in download failure. Do not try to download more than one video at a time or exit the app as the app may not work properly in the background.Downloads may still be a problem even when the screen is locked. If you have MB left and are about to download a video, as soon as your data plan is exhausted, the connection will be disconnected and the download will fail. you have no option to resume the download . appealing

Everyone at this educational organization teaches very well, especially Abhinay Sharma, whose black-screen display makes learning much more comfortable for the eyes. I also like the way the other teachers teach, but they mostly use a white-screen display, which causes a lot of strain on the eyes. I kindly request the team to consider using a dark/black-screen display option or provide a dark mode for the classes. It would make the learning experience much more comfortable for students.

The app experience is extremely frustrating and poorly organised. Even after purchasing a batch, reaching the classes requires unnecessary navigation and promotional screens. The biggest issue is the class organisation. Hundreds of lectures are shown in one long list with no proper chapter/topic-wise classification. Classes appear as Part 21, 20, 19... so finding Part 1 requires scrolling to the bottom every time. There should be at least Oldest-to-Newest sorting, chapter-wise folders 😔
