I recently purchased a teaching exam batch subscription on 24th October, but when I try to access it in the app, it shows that the batch has already expired. I’ve been trying to contact customer support, but their calls never connect and I haven’t received any proper response. This is really disappointing — I paid for an active batch, not an expired one. Please fix this issue or respond to your customers properly.

I purchased the CTET Paper 2 batch and there is one important Geography video that is not playing at all. It gets stuck on loading every time. I have reported this issue many times in the app, but the help-desk/support team is not responding properly or providing any solution. Only one video is not working, so fixing it should not take this long. My preparation is getting delayed because of this. Please resolve this issue urgently.
