The remote monitoring system (CareLine system) is a system that allows your doctor daily monitoring, by remote monitoring, the evolution of certain physiological parameters.

This system is only accessible following a prescription from your doctor, who will have given you a login and a personal password to connect to the application.

This remote monitoring is ensured by the transmission with wireless communication of data by communicating objects to a remote monitoring platform. This platform (or Web Site) is made available to Health Professionals to ensure:
• The verification of the regularity of the measures taken by you (once a day)
• The analysis of the evolution of the parameters in order to be able to contact you in case of drift.

The CareLine system allows remote monitoring of weight, blood pressure and heart rate.
• These parameters are measured using a scale and a blood pressure monitor, which CareLine Solutions is a distributor for the experiment.
• These devices communicate the measured data via Bluetooth to the CareLine application that is linked to the 4G connection platform for data transfer.
The parameters are measured by the patient daily using the balance for weight, and blood pressure monitor for blood pressure and heart rate. The data is automatically collected by the CareLine application to which the devices are associated.
The CareLine application transfers encrypted data via a GSM or Ethernet network to a secure central server. The collected data are accessible online on a secure website - CareLine Site - to all users authorized by a dual authentication system.

The CareLine application also offers automatic measurements:
• The possibility of a manual entry of the data to be transmitted
• An alert system warning the patient if he or she has forgotten to take measurements
• Support for therapeutic support in the form of three information modules.
