It's pretty fast at getting tasks etc filled out quickly. The only thing I don't like is the cap on clocking in and out w only 5 minute leeway on each end. It may not even be the app policy it might be employers I don't know but it would be much better at 15 minutes. Other than that it's good

Just a lot of bugs with the app. Can't even select to reuse my client's signature anymore as it just downloads the signature onto my phone instead of applying the signature for clocking out and even clocking out bugs out half the time and doesn't register, resulting in an email at 3am telling me I missed my clock out, despite having done so at the end of a shift. Really inconvenient overall.

Edit: Since there seems to be no support for this app, I emailed to the developer to ask for help. My email immediately bounced back, showing the true email. It's Outsourced. After the last update, the Agency ID constantly disappears. When prompted to write notes, I have to type it in at least 2x for it to save in the right place. If I'm busy with my client and clock out 2 minutes late, I'm clocked out of my shift. This app takes up a lot of time and should be simpler to use.
