sorry but as a client watching my caregiver navigate this app is ridiculous! it's way more complicated than it needs to be. you have way too many tasks that could be combined into 1 task, and then going back to check the ones you didn't do is ridiculous, if you don't check them, then they weren't needed. I've seen other apps way more streamlined and easier to use. please fix!

Just a lot of bugs with the app. Can't even select to reuse my client's signature anymore as it just downloads the signature onto my phone instead of applying the signature for clocking out and even clocking out bugs out half the time and doesn't register, resulting in an email at 3am telling me I missed my clock out, despite having done so at the end of a shift. Really inconvenient overall.

Frustrating New Update! Lags constantly! It only gives you a few minutes to clock in and out. With it lagging so much, I struggle with clocking in at out. This morning it wouldn't let me clock in, again. It also says I didn't complete tasks from prior days, even though I had, and checked them off. In addition to that, it constantly wants to track me, even when I close the app. It wants to track my fitness, too! It wants constant access to so many things. App used to be helpful. Now, it isn't.
