I absolutely hate this app. Constant problems with not being able to clock in and out. If you make an error, you're unable to correct. Not able to actually make relevant notes in app. Half the time the app doesn't even open. It just continually buffers. I have to actually be inside my clients home in order to (try) and clock in. I cannot stand outside of their door to clock in or out. I don't know who thought this app was a good idea, but they need their head examined.

Frustrating New Update! Lags constantly! It only gives you a few minutes to clock in and out. With it lagging so much, I struggle with clocking in at out. This morning it wouldn't let me clock in, again. It also says I didn't complete tasks from prior days, even though I had, and checked them off. In addition to that, it constantly wants to track me, even when I close the app. It wants to track my fitness, too! It wants constant access to so many things. App used to be helpful. Now, it isn't.

Edit: Since there seems to be no support for this app, I emailed to the developer to ask for help. My email immediately bounced back, showing the true email. It's Outsourced. After the last update, the Agency ID constantly disappears. When prompted to write notes, I have to type it in at least 2x for it to save in the right place. If I'm busy with my client and clock out 2 minutes late, I'm clocked out of my shift. This app takes up a lot of time and should be simpler to use.
