Meh... it's an odd little app. It doesn't log me in at nor inside of the client's home. I have to be at the neighbor's door. It doesn't allow for extra time to log out with some of our most difficult client's. Could be the fault of our company. The tasks and survey seems to have been completely by a fifth grader. It has nothing to do with the actual client's do and don't. It list all of my male clients as women. Again could be an error that need special attention. Testing more functions.

Edit: Since there seems to be no support for this app, I emailed to the developer to ask for help. My email immediately bounced back, showing the true email. It's Outsourced. After the last update, the Agency ID constantly disappears. When prompted to write notes, I have to type it in at least 2x for it to save in the right place. If I'm busy with my client and clock out 2 minutes late, I'm clocked out of my shift. This app takes up a lot of time and should be simpler to use.

i really like how my caregiver uses this app. I would love it if the client could use the app. I currently use it on chrome.. also when a client adds a task, it does not notify the caregiver. and on the caregiver's app they can not see all of the words that the client puts in for notes. we are still trying to figure out howto put tasks on the caregiver side.. clocking in and out should have a few more minutes flexibility. this is a great app and will help weed out the crooked people.
