Won't let me clock in even though I am at the location. Both phone numbers for support were automated. both numbers were of no assistance. Both hung up on me. Your app is costing me money.

The worst app I think I've ever used and sadly I'm forced to use this app. it doesn't load most of the time when it actually does load like maybe once out of like 10 million times trying to get it to load it takes like 2 hours. this app needs a lot of work asap it needs to get fixed or we shouldn't have to be forced to use an app that doesn't work

Forced to use by agency App is slow to load up, it's clunky to use, it showed other client data which is HIPPA violation, doesn't accurately keep track of hours. Worse part of all is when app updates we have to delete the cache/data THEN uninstall app THEN reinstall app to ensure it can communicate properly with agency. What app makes you do that?!?!? That is a program/coding flaw It's not my phone as I run Android 11 on a Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra
