About this app

Caregiving is already a full-time job. The tools shouldn't add to it.

CareVault 360 keeps what you're holding in your head — medications, care
routines, appointments, lab results, equipment, insurance, emergency contacts
— in one organized place you can reach from your phone. It's built for
families supporting someone with complex or chronic healthcare needs.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK

• Medications — schedules, doses given, side effects, and refill visibility
• Care tasks — recurring routines with reminders, and due-soon and overdue
alerts
• Timer mode — for care routines that run for an open-ended stretch rather
than finishing in a single moment. Start the task, keep an eye on a live
count-up timer on your lock screen, and the real duration is saved to
history when you're done
• Appointments — upcoming visits, with reminders
• Vitals and lab results — recorded over time, so you can see the trend
rather than a single reading
• Medical history — a timeline you can actually hand to a new specialist
• Equipment and supplies — usage tracking and low-supply notifications
• Food diary — meals and photos, for when diet is part of the care plan
• Symptoms — logged as they happen, with the date and time attached

SHARE THE WORK

Caregiving is rarely one person. Invite another parent, a grandparent, a home
nurse, or a respite caregiver, and choose whether they get full access to the
record or care tasks only. You stay in control, and you can revoke access at
any time.

You can also share a record with a healthcare provider, so the person treating
your family member isn't starting from a blank page.

PRIVACY

CareVault 360 is an organization and coordination tool. It does not diagnose
conditions, give medical advice, or replace the guidance of your care team.

What’s new

New: timer mode for care tasks. Turn on "Track with a timer" and the task shows
Start instead of Complete. While it runs, a silent count-up timer sits on your
lock screen, reminders for that task pause, and other caregivers can see it's
underway. The real duration is saved to history when you finish.

Also: several tasks due at once now arrive as one combined reminder, durations
read as "1h 35m", provider search works again, and a launch crash is fixed.
