The only thing is the items take too long, almost a month from the date it is delivered to me the sky box until I have it is in hand. Why doess it take almost a week from Miami to Trinidad. I understand the volume of shipments, but all the other sky services are the same. I think a better solution is needed. You could never take the chance to order last minute. Other than that customer service is good.

Absolutely the worse service I've had for online shipping. Upscalling items on certain items an saying it's customs fault. Since the 18th mu package in the country and it can't clear up to now. But could tell me that they added a $25.00 usd on my package. Totally unacceptable. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Never encountered sure nonsense with WEB SOURCE. Csr talking about only certain packages gets upscaled.

Clearance price is good enough, app works well and is attractive. However , very slow delivery and slow customs clearance. Good enough for those with lots of patience.. Speed improvement and faster ,more reliable customer service needed,especially via emails. Good enough effort for first time start-up. 👏
