Customers are forced to accept a coupon, no refund option, when the service fails, so they're forced to continue using the service whether they want to or not. Customers do get the full amount in coupon form so they can use on another order. However, to place another order using the coupon their card gets charged anew for delivery. Coupons do not cover delivery, however delivery charge for the failed order is included in coupon total. Unfair to customers.

Thank you for your feedback, and for using CaribeEats. To clarify, you do get back 100% of what you spent, and you can use 100% of it on another order. Also, we've updated the app so that credit/vouchers can now be used to cover all delivery fees, taxes, and any other fees. Thank you.
Convenient, great customer service and the app is quite easy to use (minor glitches). Great for ordering FOOD but the GROCERIES are vastly overpriced and that is per item.

App is progressively getting worse. No drivers, insane waiting times and blame it in the restaurants or drivers or make other excuses. Can't call customer service anymore and app will crash if you attempt to contact driver. Seriously.
