Never got to confirm my order it kept saying order failed after I put in my card information. There is no refund and it's super expensive the order total was the same as the delivery. Do not waste you time to download this app.

Thank you for your feedback. Our system shows no record of a customer with your name, but we would be happy to look into this issue. Yes, orders will fail when there is a problem with the card. Our delivery fees are based on distance for the delivery. You will need to contact your bank to find out why your card isn't being approved. Thanks!

I tried ordering food several times using my debit card and then the app said "order failed" each time it tried to process the transaction. My debit card is temporarily restricted, due to the several attempts i made at using it with the app. I'm from nevis by the way.

There wasn't once I ordered and didn't have something missing, even though I leave notes to triple check my orders before leaving. Plus no refunds. I've been using for a while but time to take my departure.
