Ratings and reviews

The convenience is great when the app actually works!! Today, the app loads, shows what you can do, but you can't actually do it! It won't acknowledge commands. When you 'x' out, the app goes blank (white page)! When it works, the set up doesn't differentiate between getting a free coffee (upgrade) and getting money off for an upgrade. Apparently per the staff you can't do free coffee upgrades through the app! Why not? Per staff, it confuses many customers. Yet the developers don't fix it... BS.

They fixed the bugs! So I've upped my rating from 1 star back to 5 stars. :) It used to crash when doing anything related to location permissions and when setting up a credit card on file. But it hasn't crashed once in the last few days. I like the new app interface more than the old, but I still get confused about the weird categories on the menu. Sometimes it's hard to find things. But I use this app multiple times a week again, and I really like it. :)

I greatly miss the "recent purchases" feature on the old app. It allowed me to easily order from different locations without having to re-select everything everytime. It felt more like true "one-click" ordering. Absolutely despise the extra steps which very often lead to making mistakes with either selection drink or location. Please bring back the old recent purchases feature.
