The app works fine when your all setup. The customer service deserves one star for there lack of following up with customers that are having issues with the app. They lack the ability to actually resolve issues with this application. There is no one who can fix disabled accounts appearently. I was looking to use the app throughout the islands and share my experience. I won't be able to do that now as my account has been disabled for over three months now. Use at your own risk.

The Kanoo app is an essential digital wallet tool for both Bahamians and tourists. I've had the app for a few years and have seen it evolve to become one of my favourite apps. Sure there have been growing pains over the years, but the Kanoo team has held firm and continues to make it happen. I'm looking forward to seeing how the app will improve over the remaining months of the year. Aside from the core Sand Dollar wallet feature, the Kanoo app has everything you need from a digital wallet app.

Buffers too much. Prevents me from logging in when there's a update! Stop forcing the updates by blocking access to the account. On completed it, there's nothing new or wanted. Not to mention it turns off your selected notifications at times.
