"Lost Car Key" is a service that connects you directly by phone with the nearest local technician to your location the moment you lose your car key or smart key and need a duplicate.

■ How to Use

1. Select the situation — Loss or Duplication

2. Check how the process works in advance

3. Find your current location or select a region directly

4. Talk directly with the technician

No registration required. You do not need to enter your name or phone number.

All you need is your location (or select a region), and the rest is handled over the phone.

■ Use in these situations

· When you have lost your car key and cannot open or start the engine

· When your smart key has fallen into water or is broken

· When you want to have a spare key made

· When you bought a used car and only have one key

· When you locked the door with the key inside the car

■ Finished on-site

A technician will come directly to your location to make the key and complete the vehicle registration. There is no need for towing or leaving it at a service center. We can service both domestic and imported cars. The service varies depending on the type of key, such as smart keys, folding keys, or standard keys.

■ Cost Information

Service costs vary depending on the vehicle model, year of manufacture, key type, and time of day. Therefore, we do not provide a flat rate in the app. Please confirm an accurate quote directly with the technician over the phone. You can receive an immediate quote if you tell us your vehicle model and situation.

■ Location Information

Your location is used solely to find the nearest technician. Coordinates are used once to convert them into a regional name and are then discarded; they are not stored. You do not need to grant location permissions. You can use the service in the same way by selecting your region manually.
