"BBQOVN is your right-hand man in the kitchen or on the grill, allowing you to get rid of the kitchen and grill during cooking time and let the app monitor your food for you. When your food is ready, you'll receive audio and message notifications on your smart device. Function:
1. Bluetooth wireless connection, the real-time temperature of the probe is displayed in the APP through wireless data transmission.
2. Alarm function:
- When the measured temperature reaches the preset temperature, the mobile phone will automatically alarm and remind.
- Alarm function after disconnection.
- Booster's low battery (less than 20%) alarm reminds users to charge in time.
3. Real-time chart, when the BBQOVN APP cooking setting is completed, you can open the online temperature chart to view the real-time temperature curve.
4. Cooking recording function, when the BBQOVN APP cooking setting is completed, it will automatically enter the timing state, and record the cooking temperature curve after cooking.
5. Cooking adjustment, when the cooking setting is completed, you can adjust the cooking maturity or customize the temperature at any time.
6. Custom cooking, support adding custom cooking menu, set name, picture and temperature at will.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work at all! I got this for Christmas and I used it exactly one time. it's too late to return it. I would definitely tell people not to buy it all I get is that the probe is not connected. I have reinstalled the app because you can't actually remove the thermometer from the app without reinstalling it so it's utterly USELESS.

App worked great for about a month. Now it constantly disconnects even when I put the booster next to my router. It just won't stay connected so it's messing up my cook. So I am just going to use my instant thermometer and my judgement. Developer please read these reviews and update your app. All the complaints and frustrations are legit. I will keep this app and hopefully the next update will fix these issues. For now 1 star.

If you are reading this, do not spend your $$ on this probe. I have had this probe for over 6 months and have not been successful in getting it to connect to the app. I've tried the customer service chat in the app, the solutions they provide still don't work. I've spent over an hour trying to get this probe to work. It's not worth the effort.
