app is worst ever especially with this new update. got to upload your ID. take a picture of your face every time. can't even print gate pass from the app. they don't take QR codes. terrible, terrible, terrible

We're sorry for the frustration. The photo at pickup is there for you as much as anyone: it proves you were the driver on that load, so nobody can haul under your name or DOT and no claim lands on you for a pickup you didn't make. The secure QR code replaces the printed gate pass — if a yard refused it, please let your carrier rep know.

stopped working, I was trying to do a car inspection, after I did first picture, it didn't let me do other pictures, to do every other picture I have to log out and login again, also,l did update the app , uninstall and install it back the app, and it doesn't work

The GPS on the Carpool Logistics app does not work properly, which causes major issues. On top of that, they don’t honor their payment terms and use the GPS problems as an excuse. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend
