Carpool-Q is a carpool organizer built for people who already know each other — families, neighbors, and friends coordinating rides to school, sports, and activities. No matching with strangers. Just a clean, shared schedule for your group.

How it works:
- Create a carpool and invite other parents with a simple join code
- Set your weekly schedule with drop-off and pickup time slots
- Assign drivers for each day. Mention passengers only when they won't need a ride
- Everyone sees updates instantly- no refreshing needed

When plans change:
- Holiday Monday? Field trip Friday? Tap the +/- button next to Edit Trips to add a trip or take the day off. Whoever was driving gets a notification.
- Early release Wednesdays? Give some days their own drop-off or pickup time.
- New times for spring? Organizers can change the whole schedule in one step, preview every change before it's saved, and undo it for 7 days.
- Season over? Archive the carpool and restore it later with every trip and member intact.
