excellent app and fabulous product. It is easy to use, and everything is really simple to navigate and find.

despite numerous attempts and changing my password it won't let me in and now have been blocked.

The App is inconsistent, if password protocols work online the app does not work, if the app works you can not get online to work/ no entry never works ( consistently asking for your password but denies access it's very weird.... And as for customer service 72 HR turnaround no facilities for hearing impaired. unfortunately started out well but our experience has been inconsistent especially if you have a hearing impairment that I WhatsApp service is useless
