The App is inconsistent, if password protocols work online the app does not work, if the app works you can not get online to work/ no entry never works ( consistently asking for your password but denies access it's very weird.... And as for customer service 72 HR turnaround no facilities for hearing impaired. unfortunately started out well but our experience has been inconsistent especially if you have a hearing impairment that I WhatsApp service is useless

Many bugs related to access.. ie: the app denies access to my account while I can do it through web version!! Before I used to reset my pwd to be able to get into my account.. Now I could not do it anymore while I remember well my credencials.. Worst, Customer service could do anything..

You can not use the app in two devices at the same time. If you log in on one, you are forced to revalidate your account on the other
