An option to change it to English wld be nice. Actually, I shld say having it as an EASY option to choose your language first might be bright. There is an option to change the language, yet good luck trying to find it unless you can read Chinese in the first place. I did find it eventually. The donkeys who made the app might wanna put some icons, in English, for those who read English, to change it to English, instead of just guessing. Seems rather obvious. It's not exactly rocket science...

The app is not user friendly for foreigners. I called on the given number. The bot was speaking in Mandarin and I didn't understand a word. However, I can explain everything here. Although there is an English language option but even after translation many features remain in Mandarin. Other than that, product names are always in Chinese. The catalogues and all of the notifications are also always in Chinese. English features only changes the language of dashboard tabs. This makes app unfriendly.

Let me try to understand... Carrefour is an international company, TW has been working toward official multilingual status for over a decade, all aisles are CN/EN, AND I can encounter clerks who speak English. However, Carrefour TW can't produce a reasonably bi-/ multilingual app. Instead, one must already be fluent in Chinese to navigate deep into the menu to switch it to "English". Then, the switch to "English" makes the app... About 30% EN because all products and categories are in Chinese.
