Worst mortgage company to deal with. Constantly mess up taxes and escrow accounts. The app itself isn't great either have an option to contact you. Not just random phone numbers add an email please it's 2026 and it helps people who aren't in your time zone. Especially since you have been taking loans from other servicers on Guam.

The app is garbage. It has a continuous pop up add, that won't stay gone. Subsection pop ups that get in the way by overlaying on the selections you need below it. It won't let you go to the section to make a payment. The closest I could get to it, the app states to go the website. When you get to website to pay it says to go to app.

The app stinks. There was nothing wrong with the old app. This new one is garbage. Cannot see the payment line amounts on the app. I nearly submitted a payment for over $50,000. When I was trying to add $50 to my escrow account. You can't see the numbers on the payment line. I started over again It took me about four times before I could get the correct amount added to my escrow. Fix it!
