The app stinks. There was nothing wrong with the old app. This new one is garbage. Cannot see the payment line amounts on the app. I nearly submitted a payment for over $50,000. When I was trying to add $50 to my escrow account. You can't see the numbers on the payment line. I started over again It took me about four times before I could get the correct amount added to my escrow. Fix it!

the quick pay feature some kind of buggy. like 60% of the time, it doesn't want to work. Also, I get annoyed having to get pulled over to the actual website for alot of the features and documents needed. It would be great if most things, or even better, everything, was available on the app without having to get pulled to the website. Otherwise, great app for paying my mortgage

When making adjustments to their auto-pay it will cancel the mid month payment thus charging you a late fee. When I was dealing with my father being in the hospital for over a month and ultimately passing away. I had missed the notice. After submitting an inquiry they ultimately denied the refund. Additionally the inquiry taking several months for a response. Strongly would not recommend this loan service or bank.
