The app itself is fine. The payment history portion is the most convoluted nonsense I've ever seen. It's split into multiple sections instead of a line-by-line. Charges are duplicated. Nothing adds up. Not sure if it's only an issue if you make split payments, but it shouldn't matter. I should be able to open my bill and understand the charges and where my money has been placed.

The App gives me the basic information I'm looking for such as mortgage balance, payment breakdown, etc. I only rated it 4 because I have slight text enlargement on my phone and the text doesn't wrap well in the app. Some words are only partially visible. If the UI was responsive to screen rotation and font enlargement, it would be a great improvement.

The app stinks. There was nothing wrong with the old app. This new one is garbage. Cannot see the payment line amounts on the app. I nearly submitted a payment for over $50,000. When I was trying to add $50 to my escrow account. You can't see the numbers on the payment line. I started over again It took me about four times before I could get the correct amount added to my escrow. Fix it!
