Terrible app (like the whole Carris company, so at least they stay true to the brand, I guess). Once it charged me a completely different zone (after a ton of emails and having to go to the physical location they gave me the money back). The second time it just wouldn't charge my card at all (tried with different phones, different debit cards, etc). Don't rely on this app. And to the people behind it: you had one job with this app and you failed.

To read the card, I have to try it 100 times. Now I tried to pay, and I've been charged 40 euros, but the card didn't update, I tried again and have been charged for 40 euros again, and the card is still not updated! How can I make a refund? I worry about using this app again if such a situation happens again. Hope that getting my money back will not take much time.

This app sucks! I tried paying with mbway, but i got a payment pending which just times out. I then tried with the credit card option , it asked for my phone number but not credit card details. Then it said payment failed. This is with a Samsung 7.
