Fix your account status! It's been showing me that my account is past due even though I always make payments on time. Once, I thought perhaps something happened and my autopay didn't go through, so I ended up paying twice and had to request a refund. I'm not sure why this is taking so long to fix, but I should not have to call in to ensure my account is active.

When I open the app, nothing shows except a white screen and it stayed white for 2 minutes!!! This has happened every time I've tried to open the app which was today and 3 months ago!!! The current version is installed as well!!! There's something obviously wrong with the app. I've read other users comments about having the same problem. I've had Carsheild for a few years now and fortunately I haven't had to use them except for 1 time with no big issues. Uninstall the app. Use the website.

This company will not stop sending me mail to try and get me signed up. I've called and nicely asked them to remove me from the list but then they ask for all my vehicle information because they claim they need that before they can proceed. What happens next, they try to sneakily sell me their product. I say no thank you, but then they ask if there are other vehicles I own that could be covered. They do not take NO for answer. Please stop trying to push people into buying your services!
