CarSpend is the one logbook for everything you drive — and it is not just for
cars.

ADD ANY VEHICLE, NOT JUST CARS
Motorcycle, e-bike, scooter, van, truck, camper or classic — add any vehicle,
no matter the make, model or year. There is no car-brand compatibility list and
no supported-models wall: if it has wheels (or a battery), CarSpend logs it.
Petrol (gas), diesel, electric or plug-in hybrid — every powertrain gets its
own correct math, never kWh crammed into an MPG box.

TRACK EVERY COST YOUR VEHICLE REALLY HAS
• Car expenses: log fuel, gas, EV charging, insurance, road tax, repairs,
servicing, parking, tolls and washes — every expense, in your own currency.
• Fuel economy: real L/100km, MPG, gas mileage, kWh/100km or Wh/mi, cost per
km or mile, and price per liter, gallon or kWh — each as a trend chart with
min, max and average.
• Odometer history: every fill-up and charge keeps your mileage log straight.

CLAIM YOUR BUSINESS MILEAGE
Tag each trip Business, Personal or Medical, set your country's reimbursement
rate, and export a dated mileage report as PDF or CSV — a mileage log ready to
hand an employer or attach to a tax return. Trips record automatically over
Bluetooth or GPS with a route map, distance, speed and start/end pins.

TIRES, SERVICING AND THE REST OF THE GARAGE
• Tires: seasonal sets with brand, size, tread and pressure, plus the
real distance, wear and cost-per-km from your mount log.
• Maintenance log: service reminders from a built-in catalogue — oil change,
filters, brakes, inspection — due by date or by mileage.
• Renewals: insurance and road-tax reminders before they lapse.
• More: find-my-car parking pin, resale-value estimate, receipt and pump
scanning, and photo or document attachments on any entry.

detailed trend, and the AI assistant — as a subscription or a one-time purchase.

Imperial units, properly this time.

- The vehicle editor now shows and accepts MPG, gallons and miles when you're set to imperial — tank volume, manufacturer economy and purchase odometer were locked to metric
- Vehicle PDF reports printed liters labelled as gallons. Imperial reports now convert, not just relabel
- Switching fuel type clears the economy field, since MPG and Wh/mi aren't the same thing
