I love the app! It makes my life so much easier. With constant access to all of my account balances and mobile deposits, banking is convenient and simple. I can transfer money between accounts, set up automatic payments and I can even make and receive payments from friends with Zelle. The app is very easy to navigate and use. Keep up the great work Carter Bank & Trust!

Used the in-app 'bill pay' to pay my mortgage. They screwed it up and paid it TWICE! I paid them $35 for a stop payment, which didn't stop the payment. Then, there were $120 in NSF charges (so far). Two hours of phone calls later and trips to 2 banks, those charges are supposed to be in process of being reversed, but no, I'm not happy.

PLEASE STOP SAYING "We've logged you out due to inactivity" ALL THE TIME. The fact that I'm at the login screen already tells me that. It's even more ridiculous when I stopped using the app hours or even a day ago and it still says it. It adds no value and makes things worse by adding an unnecessary step to logging in. There is no way to hit "back" to log out like there used to be so there is no way to avoid it.
