it does work well until they have the maintenance in which you're not able to use your card. I was double charged at food Lion after it said card declined. I go to check my app and it says to try again later ( mateince) this has happened twice now. every time I try to get customer support it sends me to the most unhelpful person ever. I'm switching banks once I get my money back.

it would be nice to be able to log in and see my account, or better yet not being charged an overdraft fee for an overdraft fee that was ignorant as all heck. went from a bank that understood life happens to a bank that was so greedy they find a new way to charge you something stupid every month, I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see an opinion fee on my account... wait I can't log in and the 800 number you tell me to call doesn't work so I guess I wouldn't see it

This app is a nightmare. My debit card is always locked when not in use, and every time I try to unlock or lock it, the app crashes about 90% of the time. It usually takes at least 3 attempts, sometimes 5, just to get it to work. Completely unacceptable—especially when you’re stuck at the register trying to pay and people are behind me.
