Pay Bills to Existing Payees
To get started, you’ll need to be an existing user of Online Banking and opt in to Mobile Banking from that system. It’s easy to do and takes seconds. Once you’ve allowed “Mobile Access” you can begin to login to Carter Mobile Banking from your iPhone.
The system will confirm your login information along with your device to ensure it’s really you. Once you are logged in, you can view your information and make transactions safely and securely.

Ratings and reviews

The app is great when it's not shut down. When I say shut down I mean the app is being worked on alot it's always having maintenance done. I guess their trying to improve and make it better. The app doesn't have any issues at all. It's down alot because it's having maintenance work done all the time. Besides that, it's a really good app when it's up and working.

Like others have said. It works great when its working.. It puts folks in a bind when its not working and when we are not able to check balances to make purchases.. It shouldnt be an inconvenience to customers.. Especially those who travel.

When it works it's great, but it rarely works lately, and when you go to the web site it doesn't work at the same time, but they don't bother to say it's down but we're working on it or let us know when maintenance is going to happen your just stuck.
