REAL-TIME FLEET MONITORING
See every cart in your fleet at a glance. Each cart displays live temperature, battery state of charge, and charging status with color-coded indicators so you can
spot issues instantly. Online, offline, charging, and idle states are tracked in real time through a persistent connection to your devices.

REMOTE CHARGE CONTROL
Start or stop charging on any cart directly from the app. No need to walk out to the cart barn — toggle charging remotely and see the status update within
seconds.

TEMPERATURE & ALARM ALERTS
Receive push notifications when a cart triggers a high temperature alarm. Alarms are grouped by severity — Critical, Major, Minor, and Warning — so you know what
needs attention first. Acknowledge alarms directly from the notification or from the detailed alarm view with full event timeline.

LIVE STATUS NOTIFICATIONS
When carts are charging or an alarm is active, a persistent notification keeps you informed without opening the app. See charging count, fleet status, and maximum
temperature right from your notification shade or lock screen.

HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Add the CartIoT widget to your home screen for instant fleet status at a glance — charging count, online devices, and temperature readings without opening the
app.

DEVICE SETTINGS
Configure charge thresholds (start/stop SoC), maximum charge time, curfew reminders, and lockdown schedules per device. View firmware and hardware revision
information.

MAINTENANCE LOGGING (FLEET ONLY)
Record maintenance events with status, notes, and up to 4 photos per entry. Track maintenance history across your fleet.

DEVICE PROVISIONING
Add new CHARGER SAFETY units to your fleet through a guided setup wizard with Bluetooth scanning and Wi-Fi configuration.
