About this app

Carvery Efficiency helps carvery and kitchen teams track the numbers that matter every service day.

Built for operational use, the app gives sites a practical way to manage forecasts, meat loading, carry-over, cooked yields, waste, and daily efficiency in one place.

Key features:
• Weekly forecasting for expected covers
• Load recommendations based on forecast demand
• Daily entry tracking for plates, covers, loads, carry-over, and waste
• Yield-aware efficiency calculations
• Team access with site-based kitchen membership
• Kitchen settings for site configuration
• Export support for reporting and operational review
• Developer-level cross-site operational visibility for future improvement work

Carvery Efficiency is designed to help sites improve consistency, reduce waste, and understand how forecast, loading, and yield decisions affect performance.

The app is intended for authorised kitchen and site users.

What’s new

Nothing you type gets lost. An edit typed just before you leave a screen is now
saved instead of discarded, and a change that can't reach the server is kept
and retried rather than dropped silently.

A day's figures now save as one operation, so a half-saved day can't leave the
wrong efficiency on screen. Receiving a delivery adds it to stock once, even if
you tap twice.

Viewers can open a kitchen again. Sharing a phone no longer sends you someone
else's reminders.
