User interface needs improvements. Monthly plans purchased via the app mean nothing in real life. You need to be assigned a physical, windhield mounted, tag for it to register your vehicle. Many, many, many bugs. Failure to sign in, failure to load, no information found and it goes on and on. I love the concept but the app needs a lot of work

Not user friendly, signed up for membership, no one who worked at the wash knew how to help me, or could assign me a barcode. No manager was ever present. There was no way to stop getting charged for a membership I couldn't use because no-one knew anything. Had to change debit cards for that reason. Horrible experience!

Cannot access my wash plan. Nothing shows up..I have uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing. When I go to view plans says already have a plan, so I go to wash plan and I get a blank screen..poor app.
