App version : 4.2.21 OS: android 15 Device : galaxy s21 Downloading photos and videos from the Gallery section of the child's profile does not work correctly. I scrolled through 5-8 photos and videos, hit the download button on each one, and ended up with 5-8 copies of the same photo. Each file did have a different name. When downloading the same photos/videos from the Journal entry for the day, it works correctly.

The app basically provides the same information as the emails. That said, we really appreciate that the app adds messaging and downloading pictures. However, downloading pictures on my device (Galaxy S22) does not work. Can you patch that please? I click on the download button but nothing happens.

While I appreciate the innovation that Casa has put into integrating center information with a daily log, I'm disappointed by the result. A chief complaint is that parents are unable to log entries into the app. This means that parents must maintain one app for home use (such as Baby Connect) while teachers put all daycare entries into the Casa app. Essentially this means I need to maintain two apps and manually enter all the Casa data into my home app. Recent updates have not addressed this.
