The Aurora Device Assistant app is your all-in-one companion for setting up and optimising your broadband connection with NetComm devices. Whether you’re using Fixed Wireless or Home Broadband, Aurora helps ensure your home or office achieves the best possible broadband speeds.

With intuitive, step-by-step guidance, Aurora simplifies the setup of both Fixed Wireless and Home Broadband gateways, including our latest Wi-Fi 7 gateway with WAN and VDSL support. Simply scan the QR code to pair your phone with the device and follow the guided setup flow.

For Fixed Wireless devices, Aurora helps you find the ideal placement by analysing signal strength and obstructions for optimal connectivity. For Home Broadband users, Aurora supports setup for Ethernet (WAN) or VDSL connections, including configuring your Wi-Fi network, so you can set up your gateway with ease and get online faster.

so let me get this straight. an app designed to help me set up my router. factory reset, and also connectivity check my wifi. does not have the ability to either change my password, check billing, or at the very least see what devices are connected. those all should be options with any internet app and the fact you're missing some of the major ones. you used to be my go-to but now it's just bad get with the times. there's a reason you have low ratings. fix your app. it's barren

I have followed every damn instruction. I started over in case I missed something. And nothing works. It gets up to the very last step and "oh we're so sorry you can't connect." So I try all the troubleshooting tips even the ones that assume I'm to stupid to follow directions "did you do this." Oh heavens no just because it was part of the set up why would I do that. Just one effing time I'd like to buy an electronic device plug it in and glory be it works the first time. Not this time.

App never showed anything but the setup video. Was never able to get to the signal test phase of the setup because there was no play button to Initiate the test! Had to call and have the set it up. Very nice customer service rep and got me going in minutes.
