I don't recommend Aurora unless you are right beside the cell tower. I totally wasted money on this one totally.

Seriously the WORST customer service!! Downloaded the app for no reason didn't even work. Custom service person was rude and hard to understand and I had to repete myself several times... Highly disappointed.

We discovered an incompatibility with the Samsung S24, this has been addressed in the latest version. Please update the App version and try again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

A really informative guide to how to install my device, but yet highly intuitive and straight forward at the same time.

This release of the Aurora – Device Assistant app brings various improvements, including a detailed introductory video explaining the UScellular 5G/4G Outdoor Receiver. We have also fixed a number of intermittent issues with the app crashing, including on several newer Android devices running Android 14, such as the Samsung Galaxy S24.
