Users can update the status of tasks through defined stages—Pending, In Progress, Completed, and Closed—ensuring full visibility of progress. Task status automatically updates based on subtask completion, keeping everyone aligned.

A built-in approval workflow ensures tasks are reviewed and marked closed only after Manager approval, maintaining accountability and structure. Casagrand TMA also includes real-time communication features such as Live Chat for one-on-one conversations and Group Chat for team-specific discussions, making collaboration seamless.
