App works fine but the new update to login every single time you open the app is extremely frustrating. It used to be I could put in my fingerprint and then it opens. Not anymore. Got to login with username and password and then fingerprint. It takes so long and when I want to check the schedule real quick, makes it very frustrating.

If I could give this app a negative rating score, I would. This app creates so much frustration and anger for myself and my colleagues. We have to constantly sign into the app. You can look away for 5 minutes, and you have to sign in again, then it takes 5 minutes to get the correct schedule up. It's complete garbage. They have been contacted over and over again about all the issues with the app for months now, and they have fixed nothing!!! The app is just junk and creates a ton more work!!

Worked great upon first use, but recently I have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times just to log in. The limited functionality on the mobile app is also frustrating because there are times I want to see my available blocks, not just the cases already scheduled and that feature is not possible from this platform.
