I just want to say from a personal experience with Cashaa customer support that they are professional. I asked to withdraw some of my Crypto fund that were on Cashaa app and everything went very well with professionalism. I think they even haven't charged me on the fees (ERC20/BEP-20) . I had a really bad experience with some other crypto company, and it's a 180°
