It is an extension application for the Cash Cloud program www.cashcl.com. The main screen of the Cash Cloud program contains all the most used shortcuts in the program in order to facilitate access to them. It is divided into four main sections, each section is distinguished by its own color, and within each section there are access shortcuts. It is explained here briefly, and we leave the explanation of the details in explaining the screens of the program, each screen separately.
The main page parts consist of the following:
First: Sales Department
Cashier: Through it you can access the cashier’s private page.
Sales report: Display the daily and monthly sales report during a specific period. Through it, you can also filter to display reports on sold items, reports on customers, their purchases, and their invoices, as well as reports on branch sales separately. You can also print the sales report or export it in the form of an Excel file. More Details about the sales screen here.
Quotes: View a report of all the quotes that were output and filter them by branch, customer, or a specific date range. You can also print the quote report or export it as an Excel file.
Customers: Through it you can add new customers, view the data of all your customers and details related to them such as: due sales, sales reference, outstanding debts and other details. You can also print the extracted data or export it in the form of an Excel file.
Second: Expenses: Add company-specific expenses, and display a report of all expenses that occurred during a specific period, with the ability to filter and display the expenses of a designated branch, or expenses that were made by a specific person and contact. You can also specify specific expense categories and filter by category (such as: invoices Electricity, personal expenses, ..), payment status (paid, due, partial), and you can print the expense report or export it as an Excel file.
