Not a great experience. Offers and benefits shown at the time of purchase were different from what I actually received. Cashback and coupon-related issues were also confusing, and support was not very helpful in resolving them. Overall, not very transparent. Please double-check all terms before purchasing.

Overall, I’m happy with CashKaro because I have received my cashback and was able to withdraw the money. However, I still have some concerns. Some of my orders are still showing as pending for a long time, and cashback from around 3–4 orders has been cancelled even though I completed those purchases. I’m not sure why they were cancelled. It would be great if CashKaro could improve the tracking and make the cashback process more transparent and reliable.

Even when I faced an issue with missing cashback, the process of raising a ticket was simple and the issue was resolved very quickly.
