The app was wonderful previously, but for the last few months, they have been changing the T&C for cashback and complicating them so that as many rewards as possible are cancelled. Like, you cannot even exchange your product, and if you exchange it, then the cashback will be cancelled. What does it mean? How can someone keep a product if it is damaged? He will definitely exchange it, and as you have done this, your reward will be cancelled.
