Not a great experience. Offers and benefits shown at the time of purchase were different from what I actually received. Cashback and coupon-related issues were also confusing, and support was not very helpful in resolving them. Overall, not very transparent. Please double-check all terms before purchasing.

CashKaro used to be a really reliable app a few years ago, but my experience in 2026 has been extremely disappointing. Whenever I shop through this platform, the cashback fails to track automatically. I constantly have to raise missing cashback requests, which is incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the customer support is practically unreachable. When I call, I am put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes, and eventually, the call gets disconnected without anyone answering. poor service.

I found this app to be terrible; the response is extremely slow. I placed an order on August 8th, and today is September 3rd, yet the amount is still pending. Why? Does this mean one places an order today but receives the cashback 4–5 months later? You need to keep up with the times—this is the digital world, after all. ❌❌❌
