With a modern, fast interface fully integrated with the Casotel PMS, it allows staff to take orders quickly, reduce errors, and maintain seamless communication with the kitchen, bar, and reception.

From order taking to final billing, the entire workflow is managed in real time and synchronized with the hotel's main system. This ensures that every order is automatically reflected in the guest's room or the external customer's account, guaranteeing order, control, and operational efficiency.
