Clarity is a mobile application for Claire's Stores, Inc. field representatives that allows them to view their assigned work and complete reports in store. This allows reps to easily view their scheduled services by location, complete their store report questionnaires, take photos, and submit reports.

Surveys submission errors. Losing data and pictures. Makes my job impossible when it doesn't work properly. Current have no GPS maps nor able to submit and my bosses hold me responsible not the app. This needs to be repaired now... so I can work. Can't keep pictures loaded. ??? How do I fix these issues?

This app is a joke. You take your pictures and it doesn't save them. You complain to your DM and they basically tell you it's your problem. My DM tried to tell me they "haven't had issues with this app in years" which is clearly a lie if you read all the reviews here. What's even scarier is this app has to match exactly on the other app that you time in on. If it doesn't, she will get in the workday app and CHANGE YOUR HOURS to match an app that crashes all the time. Run from this company!

New update is not working on android. Crashing instantly. Still unable to work. And developer correspondence is garbage. Most horrible support I've experienced. App not allow to take photos or upload from any Motorola device. I need this for work and after reaching out four times I have yet to hear from the developer.
