Stamp Mate is an advanced collecting manager for managing your own stamp collection, wishlist, selling lists, etc. Its main advantages are user friendly interface and automatic import (thanks to Colnect API) that will save you a lot of time you would normally spend for manually entering the information. Managing large amount of stamps has never been so easy.

Adding stamps automatically
Search by country, keywords or issued year and get a list of properties for each stamp (image, name, country, series, year of issue, etc.). Over 945,000 stamps from 876 countries available.

Synchronize your data between multiple devices
Synchronizing data with cloud allows you to transfer data between desktop and mobile devices.

Import from Colnect Account
If you already have account on Colnect you can simply import all the information.

Add stamps manually
If you have stamps that autosearch cannot find, you can scan them and add them manually.

Add personal stamp information
Store a lot of »personal« information, such as Album, Location, Quantity, Price, Est. Values, etc.

Add status to a stamp
Tag your stamps with Have, Wish, Trade and Sell status by simple click on status button or customize your own status list.

Managing Quantities
Simply manage your stamp inventory. You can store multiple quantities and values by condition.

Purchases and Sales / Swapping
Store all your purchases and sales for each stamp. You can also store your swapping information.

Online search
Search online auctions (eBay, Delcampe and HipStamp).

Advanced Sort
Sort your lists any way you want.

Filtering
Simply filter data by Status, Country, Series, Issued Year, Keywords, Group, etc.

Ratings and reviews

Useful app. It works well with the software. I wish that it also has a way to connect to a different database outside of Dropbox. I guess this issue is more of a software feature rather than the app itself. Please update your app to view in horizontal, landscape mode in a regular mobile phone. Currently it doesn't support that.

Really helpful app for identifying & organizing stamps. Easy to use. Well worth the price. I would like to make a couple of suggestions. It's possible there's a way to do this & I haven't found it yet, but it would be helpful to be able to sort stamps by year in ascending order & be able to search by face value. Would also be useful to be able to go back to search parameters & tweak them, as opposed to starting a new search. Over all, fantastic app though. Can't thank the devs enough for this!

First, get the PC version. Yes, definitely buy it (on sale). LOVE most things about it. BUT BEWARE. Buying the PC version doesn't give you the app version & vice versa. App version IS NOT WORTH BUYING. NOT the same level of functionality; they really need to give you both for the same price. Very disappointed you have to buy two copies of the "same" software at full price just to carry your database on the go. That alone makes this a 3 star app; added 1 star because PC version alone is worth it.
