I was not notified til the day of a facility not being able to accommodate volleyball through the facility. however, CatchCorner immediately contacted me during their work hours to rapidly attend to this via email. I was reimbursed and it cleared my credit card bill in the timeframe they stated. I appreciated that they followed up to confirm the facility and now is no longer available for others to go through this issue. Great job on the customer care side.

**Awesome experience booking pickleball courts!** 🙌 The app makes it incredibly quick and simple to find open courts and lock in a spot. Everything is synced in real-time, the pricing is straightforward with zero hidden fees, and the whole process takes just a few clicks. Highly recommend if you want to get on the court faster!

Extremely easy to use! The filters for info are very convenient. I did have to reach out to facilities directly regarding refunds and it is frustrating that both myself and the facility has to reach out to request a refund - emergencies happen! The app really relieves the headache of looking to book a facility (location, time, type of gym, etc). If this app didnt exist, I would probably never look into booking a court or would do it once in a blue moon.
