CatchID is a fishing app for anglers who want more than a one-off fish ID.


IDENTIFY YOUR CATCH
Take a photo or choose one from your gallery to get a likely species suggestion, confidence level and visible identification clues. If the suggestion is not right, you can change the species before saving.


Identification is a guide, not a guarantee.


BUILD YOUR FISHING JOURNAL
Save catches whether you use identification or already know exactly what you caught.


Record the details that matter to you:

• Date and time
• Location
• Fishing method
• Bait, lure or fly
• Weight


Use CatchID as a fish identifier when you are unsure, or as a catch log when you already know the species.

CatchID uses careful language such as “recorded” and “most recorded” because a catch journal does not know how much time you spent fishing or how many blank sessions you had.

What’s new

Catch recording is quicker with suggestions for locations and previously recorded species as you type. Suggestions stay out of the way, narrow as you keep typing, and you can still enter completely new details whenever you want.
