WHERE DOES YOUR TIME ACTUALLY GO?
Most of us couldn't say with any precision how many hours we spent at the office last week or how often we made it to the gym. CatchyTime answers that question — automatically, privately, and without asking you to remember anything.
AUTOMATIC TRACKING, POWERED BY LOCATION
Add the places that matter to you — home, work, the gym, your favorite café — and CatchyTime quietly tracks your time at each one using Google's native geofencing. No buttons to press, no timers to start. When you arrive, the clock starts. When you leave, it stops.
For places where automatic tracking isn't the right fit, you can still check in manually. Use whichever mode suits each location.
BUILT FOR PRIVACY FROM DAY ONE
CatchyTime was designed around a simple principle: your location data belongs to you.
• No account or sign-up required
• No cloud sync — your data stays on your device
• No location history shared with us or anyone else
• Only time spent inside the places you choose is tracked — never your movements between them
You're in full control of what's tracked and what isn't.
SEE YOUR TIME, DAY BY DAY
The Summary view shows you exactly where your hours went, with a monthly calendar broken down by location. Filter by place, switch between months, and watch the patterns emerge. The History and Logbook screens give you a complete record of every visit, with the ability to edit times if something doesn't look right.

PERMISSIONS, EXPLAINED
CatchyTime requests location permission (including background access) because that's how automatic tracking works. You'll be asked clearly, and you can revoke access any time. Photos access is optional and only used if you choose a custom icon for a place from your gallery. Notifications are optional and only used for session alerts you control.
Discover where your time really goes.
