You can't do anything worthwhile in the English version. I'm going nuts trying to set up biometric login and it's apparently not even an option anymore. Can you guys make it any more difficult?

From the beginning, the app wouldn't work properly on my phone but it's working alright on my iPad. Now I can't even transfer money anymore - I get on a page where it says "認證資料" and nothing else. No way to proceed. It renders the benefits of using an app and online banking useless. Please have this fixed!
