fees galore from no fees on transfers which is important with daily transactions here in Taiwan, and why I opened this account; got strapped with all the transfer fees with no toll free customer service that refused refunds. it interestingly will give you 5 free transfers a month if you pay credit card manually but not automatically, which seemed ridiculous. less intuitive and less functional interface than the one it replaced. I'm switching banks even if I really don't want to. shame.

The English version of this app is very limited and not offering many features that are actually available only in the Chinese version. :-(

hard to use and disconnected from the infrastructure. it changes a lot and they don't always maintain a UI that fits the legacy inputs (like 12 character usernames (english). super annoying.
