I'm going to return it and I'll tell you why. pure garbage. app doesn't work with a damn. I've uninstalled and reinstalled six times. I've used different email addresses and different networks internally. Even change the profile name. the app says the device is in use by another user. this makes no sense. it's as though China wants to see every conceivable part of my network to scan. I don't trust it. nothing that comes from China including but not limited to egg rolls can't be trusted.

love the litter box. setup and connecting to Wi-Fi was a breeze. the app needs some help. I would love to be able to disable the infrared detection system or at least adjust the sensitivity. I've cleaned the glass. removed all objects from around the device. restarted the device. and it still says "Infrared sensing protection in progress" recalibration fails every time. my only solution right now is to unplug and plug back in the devices cleans it.

It was easy to connect the Open-X to the app, but it is called the Scooper C08. I setup my account using my email address, so I don't know why other people are complaining about a phone number. Like most other apps, it requires more permissions than I'd like to give it. Best of all, there no subscription to get all the features that other companies are charging for. No let's see if my cats will use it.
