Only complaint (so far) is, I am having is that it seems if you log into another device/phone it'll log you out of the other one. I added this app to my wife's phone (so she can also manage this device) and it signed me out of mine. Having more then one person on an account (or maybe link accounts), so as to share control/monitoring would be great.

It was easy to connect the Open-X to the app, but it is called the Scooper C08. I setup my account using my email address, so I don't know why other people are complaining about a phone number. Like most other apps, it requires more permissions than I'd like to give it. Best of all, there no subscription to get all the features that other companies are charging for. No let's see if my cats will use it.

Same experience as everyone else.... It wont let you do ANYTHING without verifying your phone number. Not sure WHY I need to add a phone number for a litter box but ok then. When I try to add my phone number, it never sends a verification code. If you call support they have ZERO clue. Litter box works well, App is just total garbage. ** Update... I found if you disable your wireless, the SMS phone Verification appears to work.
