Great litter box, app can be a bit glitchy but unplugging and replugging in the litter box always fixes the majority of issues. It took about 20 minutes to set up in the app, and the app has run pretty smoothly since. Occasionally the litterbox app will not register the bag is changed, but unplugging the litterbox and then plugging it back in has always solved that issue.

Same experience as everyone else.... It wont let you do ANYTHING without verifying your phone number. Not sure WHY I need to add a phone number for a litter box but ok then. When I try to add my phone number, it never sends a verification code. If you call support they have ZERO clue. Litter box works well, App is just total garbage. ** Update... I found if you disable your wireless, the SMS phone Verification appears to work.

The fountain connected once then said connection error and that it is offline and after trying 3 hours it still won't connect ever again I tried unbinding and setting it up again with two different routers and it doesn't work the app is a piece of junk
