I am not able to see / load previous meals I've ordered from the app. I can see where I should be able to access them, but the screen just sits there with everything grayed out and when I try to just use the website, I am not able to log in. every time I try it gives me a loading symbol for a minute and then just says "please try again later". I love the food, but it's very difficult to order!

Update: It looks lile Cava listened and they fixed the issue, so I have to give them their flowers. However, the app is extremely slow. God forbid you add a bag or an item, it takes 10-15 seconds to go to the next steps. Every. Single. Selection. No exception, has the same waiting period. You can't tell me it can't be fixed. Other restaurants' apps are much faster

So slow, unintuitive, clunky, can't save orders for easier reorders, awkward how you add/remove veggies and thing. Putting this dog through a good LLM could fix this trash after taking some basic notes of other apps and using a stopwatch and counting clicks. And had a short memory and if order is in cart for over 30 minutes it deleted it and need to start over again and deal with the slow app again... No idea how this app is 4.5 ⭐ Fake reviews or an older version? Maybe they're rating food
