I downloaded the app because I was thinking about purchasing their perler beads. The app won't let you use some features or contact support without logging in, but it won't let you log in or even sign up for an account. None of the preset designs will open and it won't let you create your own design either. Literally no matter what you do it either says "Error" or "connection timed out".

The home screen won't load, and I can't create an account. Everything just returns an error code about timing out.

Not in English. Great concept, but I can't get past the opening screen. Your developers need to read the device language setting.
