CBEX is the customer app of CBEX Logistics. Prepare a shipment in minutes, compare live prices from several carriers, and keep your addresses, invoices and notifications in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Compare real carrier rates
Enter the destination, the weight and the dimensions of your parcel, and CBEX asks the carriers for live prices. Every offer is shown side by side with its price, service name and transit time, so you can choose what fits your budget and your deadline.

Build a shipment step by step
A guided flow walks you through the recipient, the parcels, the declared value of each item and the customs declaration for international shipments. Your work is saved as a draft, so you can leave and come back without losing anything.

Keep an address book
Save the people and companies you ship to most often. Pick a point on the map or a contact from your phone, and the address fills itself in. Countries, regions and dialling codes are built in.

See your shipments at a glance
Your latest shipments and their current status greet you on the home screen the moment you open the app.

Wallet and invoices
Follow your balance, your transactions and your invoices in the currency you chose for your account.

Notifications you control
Stay informed about your shipments, and decide which events reach you and through which channel.

ARABIC AND ENGLISH, LIGHT AND DARK
The whole interface works in Arabic from right to left and in English from left to right, in a light or a dark theme. Numbers always appear in Latin digits and dates in a clear, readable form.

FOR INDIVIDUALS AND COMPANIES
Register as an individual or as an organisation. Company accounts keep their commercial details and their default sender address in one profile, so every new shipment starts already filled in.
