CBORN Stock is a practical inventory management solution developed to consolidate your business's parts, materials, and warehouse movements in a single application. It meets the daily inventory entry, exit, counting, and reporting needs of everything from spare parts vendors and small warehouses to workshops and retail outlets. PRODUCT CATALOG

Material number, part name, barcode, shelf, OEM code, category, unit, critical stock level, last purchase and sale prices are managed on a single screen. Product searching, editing, and creating new cards are fast. Products that fall below the critical level are also highlighted in the reports.

STOCK ENTRY AND STOCK EXIT

On the stock entry screen, when you type the part name, registered products are instantly listed; barcode, shelf, price, and other fields are automatically filled upon selection. Invoice number, delivery note number, title, tax number, tax office, address, phone, and email are recorded in the document header. Quantity, unit price, discount chain, and description can be entered on a line-by-line basis. Barcode scanner, shelf barcode, and e-invoice QR code reading are supported. In stock exit, only products currently in stock are listed; if there are multiple shelves, shelf selection is made. Administrator approval may be required for high-volume transactions.

CBORN TRANSFER (EXCEL / CSV)

Transfer your existing Excel or CSV list to the application. Column matching, preview, dry-run control, and error reporting ensure secure bulk transfer. Ideal for importing hundreds of products into the system at once.

PART MOVEMENT

View all incoming, outgoing, and sales movements by part number or barcode. Share or archive history with search, filtering, and CSV export. Transparently track which product moved when and from which shelf.

STOCK REPORT

Category-based stock summary, total stock cost, and critical product count are visible at a glance. Designed for quickly assessing warehouse status.

FINANCIAL REPORT

Provides income, expense, net profit, and cash flow summaries for authorized users. Track your business's financial outlook along with stock movements.

SALES PRICE SETTING

Perform bulk percentage price updates by selecting categories. Enter the price increase rate, and the sales prices of the relevant products will be automatically updated.

PERSONNEL AND ROLES

Screen access is restricted with owner, manager, inventory personnel, and viewer roles. Adding, editing, and assigning permissions to personnel are done from within the application.

EASE OF USE

Turkish interface, Turkish number format (comma decimal), smart quantity and price entry, suitable character filters for part code and shelf code. Quick switching between modules with green cards in the main menu. Layout suitable for one-handed use on a phone.

PRIVACY

CBORN Stock keeps your business data only on your device. There is no advertising network or third-party analytics integration. Your data belongs to you; the local database is deleted when you uninstall the application.
