Reports must be substantiated and analyzed. Register your vehicle dealer: New dealers can register through the CBRAV website or app. These registrations undergo review to be classified as a Verified Company, with mandatory CPF verification, even for companies registered with a CNPJ (National Registered Company). Those that do not meet the initial approval criteria may be included in the
Registered Company category, remaining under review while being monitored for a minimum period of 90 days. During this time, CBRAV monitors complaints filed by customers and the dealer's social media channels.
