Can't login "Current service is unavailable" Also, why do you want to gain permission on my location? It's irritating when you keep asking for GPS access even though you're a BANKING APP. The UI is so outdated. It looks like a UI of an application from 2009. Not user friendly. No biometrics login, no way to save username and password, no face ID recognition and no pin login. Whenever I use this app, it makes me feel I'm in the start of the internet age.

I've attempted to sign up over 10 times across different days and times, but I consistently receive the message, "The host is currently unavailable." This has been quite frustrating, as I'm unable to create an account. Could you please let me know when your system is expected to be available or if there's an ongoing issue? I would appreciate a response so users know when they can try again. Thank you! Hi CBS, it's 8/5/26 weeks ago already since the sign up attempt but no improvement at all.

I could not login to my account and it keeps saying that no accounts are registered under my username which is frustrating as I had just transferred money a few days back to the account. I am unable to check it! tried resetting the password via the app request and still showing the same error. They gave me login / password credentials and I still could not access my account!
