Worst app ever! You can not just simply make an account like other online banking. You have to go to their atm, which is not even that available to most malls. Very few branches as well. I needed to go back and forth to the branch to have my account created, but even then, they were not successful because apparently, the one assisting doesn't have access. WORST APP. YOU SHOULD MAKE IT EASY TO SIGN UP. AND NOT REQUIRE CUSTOMERS TO GO TO BRANCHES.

Useless app. It's always the same error – 'There seems to be a problem connecting to server. Please check your internet connection and try again.' My internet connection is not the problem as my other apps working fine on the same wifi. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and still the same. Can't also reach to any customer service no sense of urgency. Another thing, can't even register on the web banking.

I can't log in. " You have exceeded the allowable log in attemps" . Customer service told me to forgot password. but it just shows " please enter valid username". Worthless customer service, they keep telling me that I'm the wrong one, like, I won't have a problem if I entered it correctly. Very rude gay . 0 star. Rude customer service.
