Can't login "Current service is unavailable" Also, why do you want to gain permission on my location? It's irritating when you keep asking for GPS access even though you're a BANKING APP. The UI is so outdated. It looks like a UI of an application from 2009. Not user friendly. No biometrics login, no way to save username and password, no face ID recognition and no pin login. Whenever I use this app, it makes me feel I'm in the start of the internet age.

Worst app ever! You can not just simply make an account like other online banking. You have to go to their atm, which is not even that available to most malls. Very few branches as well. I needed to go back and forth to the branch to have my account created, but even then, they were not successful because apparently, the one assisting doesn't have access. WORST APP. YOU SHOULD MAKE IT EASY TO SIGN UP. AND NOT REQUIRE CUSTOMERS TO GO TO BRANCHES.

Useless app. It's always the same error – 'There seems to be a problem connecting to server. Please check your internet connection and try again.' My internet connection is not the problem as my other apps working fine on the same wifi. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and still the same. Can't also reach to any customer service no sense of urgency. Another thing, can't even register on the web banking.
