My app opens I get previews, but when I press play it doesn’t stream, just a black screen! I’ve spoken with paramount, my WiFi provider, it’s not them. Just updated the paramount app in google, and the app still doesn’t work!! Is anyone else having problems like this with their paramount app on their TVs please help me. It’s really frustrating paying for something that doesn’t even work!

Bad app & worst customer service. They accepted there is bug but have done nothing. Used to work on Sony, but past 4-5 days, I can only watch trailers & Live TV. Trying to watch a show or movie shows black screen (with sometimes audio coming). Customer service asks you to wait and then disappear. I did everything that I was pointed to - uninstall, reinstall, cache & data clear, install on other devices, power off TV and wait, router restart, but no luck. No doubt no one is buying subscription.

This happened last year also. I paid for premium subscription to watch Masters and would have kept it. But it was a nightmare to get it connected to TV. Last year never got it and never got a response to report a problem. This year it worked Saturday and then Sunday morning - asked me to upgrade to premium even though that was the level I paid for yesterday and is showing that I have on this app. Can't get it to work today. Unsubscribing AGAIN this year.
