Ratings and reviews

Editing a listing is impossible in this app. 1 - when setting the price it lists as "payout per ticket" but when going to the next screen, the payout is different 2 - it shows editing for one ticket regardless of the actual number 3 - the save button just doesn't work, so you can't even save changes If those features don't even work, why make them available? Does anyone test this stuff?

Always have an issue with clicking on links and getting a blank screen. Login doesn't work with my original login so I have to utilize Gmail access. Too many issues that I don't feel comfortable not being able to access my tickets and have to go directly to ticketmast app instead. Update: App doesn't open. Have un-installed, cleared cache and data and reinstalled. No luck. #OhioStateBuckeyes better get a new app producer before football season. I have season tickets and can't even use the app.

As of mid June 2024 the app has failed to launch on my Google Pixel. When I go into Ticket Master my events (3 football games and season passes for women's volleyball) do not appear, I've paid for them, the credit card charging function seems to have worked just fine, but no sign of the tickets I've purchased. This is frustrating, please fix it or give us all a work around. You've got my money I want access to my tickets.
