Ratings and reviews

cannot login on the app no matter what I do. I have tried logging in, resetting my password, creating a new account, re-downloading the app, clearing the cache, etc etc etc. This is completely unacceptable. If you won't fix your app, then at least let us use the ticketmaster app for our tickets! Also, that awesome mobile ordering suggestion? Forget that capability! They make WAY too much money to not have a working app. 🤬

cannot change Google account after logging in with one. page doesn't even open, just auto selects the same account. app is also stupidly reduntant for tickets when the ticketmaster app already exists

As of mid June 2024 the app has failed to launch on my Google Pixel. When I go into Ticket Master my events (3 football games and season passes for women's volleyball) do not appear, I've paid for them, the credit card charging function seems to have worked just fine, but no sign of the tickets I've purchased. This is frustrating, please fix it or give us all a work around. You've got my money I want access to my tickets.
